I bought this to add to my granola I mean, sorry to add to my yogurt. The doctor said get more fiber so I know what is with these ingredients. I will be able to add fiber to almost any meal. Taste great in the yogurt. I even used it as a topping on a baked potato with some sour cream that was delicious too.
This is a great nutrient rich seed blend super food to put the bang in to my fruit and protein smoothies. Adds just a little nice texture and flavor. Also, we’re experimenting with sprouting these for sandwich and salad toppings- Tasty good fresh crunch.
I had bought a container like this before but it didn't have the hemp seeds in it boy I'm so glad I put this over my yogurt or cottage cheese with my homemade granola sprinkle cinnamon and honey delicious and healthy for you I'm amazed at the price I've checked other places Walmart is way cheaper for the size.
Like everything about it, especially reasonable price %26 amount per container. Finally, the Perfect mix of Natural source of Healthy starchy grains/ seeds for salads --to avoid using any other white-flour, pastas, potatoes, rice, etc ., or any other unhealthy, processed starches. EXCELLENT w/ meat dishes/ recipes. Thanks SO much to whoever made this available @ our local store . I use this in my oatmeal or add to my cereal . I also add it to my quinoa, my tuna, sprinkle unto my salad, into my scrambled eggs, anywhere it can work. I love the extra fiber it provides and the chia seeds have been said to be good for lowering Ldl cholesterol but you have to soak them.
i love all the health benefits and the extra help with relieving bloating after eating. It also helps to curve your appetite to eat less. in salad, ceral, oatmeal, and as tea form I would high recommend this to women 35 .
This is a combination of the most critical seeds for your health!!! . Put 2 tbsp into your salad. before dinner with e.v.o.o., and red wine vinegar and a bunch of veggies. And you're gonna be rocking. Trust me, I lost 200 pounds naturally, over 3 years. This is a great addition to your salads or Greek yogurt.!!!
This is a super great and convenience source of fiber and omega-3’s. I added to my morning yogurt bowls with a lot of fruits and this helps boost the nutritional benefits of the meal. A unique texture to the mix along with the crunchy fruit. It is also good for digestion if you have it with yogurt every day, so this is a solid one for me.
I’ve purchased this seed trio in the past and enjoyed it. However, this time around, about a third of the way down, I began noticing a funny rancid taste after consuming and then a slight dizziness feeling. After this experience occurred on several occasions (I wasn’t sure what the source of the problem was) I smelled inside the seeds container and it smelled off. Visually, I couldn’t detect anything. But the slight odor was there. I stored them in the cabinet. I used them to sprinkle on pb toast and also in smoothies. It was quite an unpleasant experience! I threw it out. Buying organic. Lesson learned.
The container is mostly flax seed and it’s not ground… so no nutritional value at all from that. Am going to have to separate them out and grind it myself. Not worth the “value” price
