Great for Paleo or Whole 30
Excellent flour substitute. I would recommend mixing this with almond flour to bread chicken in.

Garbage
Too dry to be useful. Crumbles and falls apart. Pay more for Otto's or Anthony's brand.

Mislabeled?
From what I can tell this is actually tapioca starch NOT cassava flour. They come from the same plant but have different textures and uses. Whatever it is, it is fine, unlike the coarser, granulated cassava flour of Latin America.
