Embre coconut milk is actually healthy as it only has two ingredients - coconut milk and water. It is also shelf stable so it is easy to keep in the pantry. For quick and easy smoothies, I take half a container of coconut milk and a full zucchini blend them all together and freeze them in ice trays for quick and easy to make smoothies.

This is the best coconut milk I've ever had. I'm not a regular consumer of coconut milk, but as a friend introduced me to this brand when we were making mocktail pina coladas! It is so creamy and not too sweet. I love that it has a resealable lid, because I only use a little bit at a time, so I'm able to keep it sealed in the fridge as opposed to a can of coconut milk.

I use this dairy-free plant based milk in my coffee, tea, smoothies, curries, soups, cornbread, pancakes, french toast and all types of desserts. I also like to mix it with other milks because it makes them taste better to me. The price is amazingly affordable. I actually bought 12 containers (stocked up) since they are shelf stable. They are a true pantry staple! 5 STARS! I highly recommend purchasing at least 4 of them because they are they will last you a long time and will come in handy if and when you are running low on milk products.

You can truly taste the quality — the flavor is rich, natural, and authentic.

This milk is the most natural and good from any brand. It's only coconut, no carragenin or war gum, sugar, preservatives, etc. is totally worth it. You pay what you get. I've tried innumerable options and this is the healthiest real one. And with my espresso, is absolutely delicious either hot or cold.

I buy this coconut milk because it has no other ingredients, such as guar gum to make it thicker. I am sensitive to added gums in coconut milk, so I try to avoid them. The embe brand has been my favorite so far of the pure coconut milks I have tried. It needs to be shaken before each use so it comes out not in a clump. I, however, don't mind when it comes out like thick cream because I like to add a little water to it anyway. I put it in a jar and add a little water and shake it up before I use it.

I purchased this on 9/16/25 to make a smoothie along with other ingredients purchased on same date. On 9/18/25 is when I added ingredients to the blender, with coconut milk being last. It was thick when I started to pour it. when I looked at the expiration date it said May 9 2025. It expired 4 months ago. Apparently you have employees not doing their jobs.

I have been buying this product for awhile, i have no idea what is going on but for the past 2 months this coconut milk is curdled and disgusting. I can't pour it out at all because of curlded it is. It used to be my favorite coconut milk, onto a different brand.

I purchased 2 11 oz bottles. The first one seemed fine but after I refrigerated it and went to use it on a third day it was chunky like rotten milk, so I threw it away. The second bottle I opened a few weeks later and upon unscrewing the lid for the first time I looked inside because it wouldn't pour out and there was like a napkin or paper towel type material crunched up inside the bottle so I pulled that out and then was disgusted and threw the whole thing away. I definitely would not buy this ever again or recommend it.
