YUMMY! Best tasting organic milk I've ever had! I love that these containers are larger sized - 11.1 ounces. It is super delicious! The consistency is perfect. I use this dairy-free plant based milk in my coffee, tea, smoothies, curries, soups, cornbread, pancakes, french toast and all types of desserts. I also like to mix it with other milks because it makes them taste better to me. The price is amazingly affordable. I actually bought 12 containers (stocked up) since they are shelf stable. They are a true pantry staple! 5 STARS! I highly recommend purchasing at least 4 of them because they are they will last you a long time and will come in handy if and when you are running low on milk products.

This is the best coconut milk I've ever had. I'm not a regular consumer of coconut milk, but as a friend introduced me to this brand when we were making mocktail pina coladas! It is so creamy and not too sweet. I love that it has a resealable lid, because I only use a little bit at a time, so I'm able to keep it sealed in the fridge as opposed to a can of coconut milk.

This is my secret ingredient for perfect steel cut oatmeal. It's worth the price. I wish it didn't have quite so much fat but that is one of the reasons makes such wonderful oatmeal, I just use skim milk to balance it out. For 2 cups of dry SCO, add one of these, a 1/3 cup of liquid vanilla coffee creamer, and 1.5-2 cup of skim or 1% milk (or water or vegan milk substitute) to a small slow cooker. Cook on high for 45min, stir and lower heat. Stir every 30 min until fully cooked. After serving, transfer any leftovers to glass or heat safe dish to refrigerate so they don't continue cooking. Add dried cranberries, fresh fruit, nuts, or other favorites and enjoy. The oatmeal is deliciously rich but not too sweet, with a very mild hint of the coconut.

I buy this coconut milk because it has no other ingredients, such as guar gum to make it thicker. I am sensitive to added gums in coconut milk, so I try to avoid them. The embe brand has been my favorite so far of the pure coconut milks I have tried. It needs to be shaken before each use so it comes out not in a clump. I, however, don't mind when it comes out like thick cream because I like to add a little water to it anyway. I put it in a jar and add a little water and shake it up before I use it.

I have used this product in the past and when its good, its good. Unfortunately, I wish I never made this order. The freshness of this product is unpredictable. The bottles arrived broken at the bottom. I was also missing a bottle from my order. I attempted to drink one because it wasn't punctured and it made my stomach sick. I am going to have to go to urgent care. Please be careful consuming this product!!!

I have been buying this product for awhile, i have no idea what is going on but for the past 2 months this coconut milk is curdled and disgusting. I can't pour it out at all because of curlded it is. It used to be my favorite coconut milk, onto a different brand.

I purchased this on 9/16/25 to make a smoothie along with other ingredients purchased on same date. On 9/18/25 is when I added ingredients to the blender, with coconut milk being last. It was thick when I started to pour it. when I looked at the expiration date it said May 9 2025. It expired 4 months ago. Apparently you have employees not doing their jobs.
