Now that I have dental braces for the next three years, I've needed a braces friendly way to get cashews into my menu. This cashew powder fits the bill, I can put it in smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt and other cooked and uncooked recipes. I already been happy with this brand for a variety of food items and I'm glad I can get such a large bag of cashew flour because my husband uses even more of it than I do when he makes his daily smoothies.

I use this in place of almond flour which my husband is allergic to. Works perfectly as a 1:1 replacement.

Excellent product. Price is lot higher than other brands.

This tastes just like my regular Raw Cashews! No salt, nothing but cashews!! I'm so glad I bought this - I just wish I had noticed earlier about the larger size as it's a much better deal.
