This Ceylon cinnamon is a must. I put it in my coffee every day. They come in sticks but every couple weeks I grind up a couple of sticks in my coffee grinder and funnel it into a shaker. It is the best. Other pre ground cinnamons lack the depth of flavor or have spicy notes over sweet. This Ceylon cinnamon is perfectly sweet and earthly with a full body of flavor. It's also thinner rolled and easier to break and grind than other cinnamon sticks out there. I love it for coffee, oatmeal, and baking.
I love the smell of cinnamon in my coffee or tea so I usually break off a piece or drop the whole piece right into the pot! And you can reuse it a few times. I would buy it again.
I've been looking for ceylon cinnamon since i read its benefits, couldnt trust any vendor other than walmart. smells great, tastes authentic. little goes a long way!
For me, the taste is everything and blending It was so easy and I just use the powder either in my Coco, coffee or Water.
I specter more stick in the bag
Not as spicy as the one labeled canela from the Mexican grocery store.
I never got this item that I needed for diabetic needs. It showed delivered and it never was. I called the store to speak with a manager and got ridiculed. I called corporate and they ridiculed me and didn't take me seriously. This has been a chronic problem with every order I make thru Walmart delivery and it's such a joke. It's supposed to be a convenience, but it's been an absolute hassle. The “supervisor” was nothing more than a clerk reading off a computer of options. Refusing to help the customer. Walmart sucks!!!!!
I know cinnamon is expensive but 7 small sticks for 7.95 is ridiculous ! I use these in soups, not sure these will hold up and not shred apart! No aroma when you open the package, barely any taste. I am returning the other brand I bought as it was flagged for high lead in the ground spice.
Unfortunately, I had to give this product one star because I couldn't give it zero stars. This is not real cinnamon because cinnamon sticks are not supposed to be hard like tree bark. Spent my hard earned money on garbage.
Very little flavor in these sticks of cinnamon. Zero fragrance. Even after steeping and hot tea for five minutes, there was very little indication of cinnamon taste.
