I wanted this to add to my cold drinks I make at home. It is excellent. Very strong flavour so I don't have to add a lot.No sugar added, pure ginger juice. I could add it to hot tea, sauces for stir fry. If you know of medicinal uses this would be a quick addition.

We're trying to get healthy and ginger is one of the main ingredients in all the recipes we have seen. Having the juice is sooooo much better than trying to put the root through the juicing machine.
