I was searching for organic triphala that has high standard pure ingredients content. And this one is the best from what I've tried. Im using medicalmedium approach in my healing program, so this pure triphala is a perfect match for me!

I was told Triphala helps With softening or detoxing stools to help with elimination. I can't comment on the quality of the ingredients but the herb itself is very good and this was reasonably priced. Appeared to work thought it's difficult to tell. Good size amount and no taste as in capsule form.

I take this after reading the benefits. I have IBS with constipation. I'm not regular with this, but I've read the benefits for cleansing your colon. So, I've continued to take it. There is no after taste, but wish I saw more evidence of it working daily.

Middle end brand and no major improvement noted. I do love Triphala as it nourishes the gut lining and helps with constipation. Size of capsules is standard and ingredients is good. Unsure about the quality of the ram as mentioned and has no taste. I prob wouldn't buy again

Another supplement I bought to try because I read good things but didn't end up taking, when you're trying to get well from supplements I think most people need to remove the stress, rest, sleep, clean up their diet and get sunlight first. Trying to work out which supplement will help can just add more stress
