I always treasure the benefits of turmeric when it comes to inflammation, and the Organic India formulation is right on point. I could not ask for a better quality product for turmeric than Organic India, being in my opinion top of the line.

I've been taking a single turmeric capsule for years now and believe it is very helpful in maintaining my mental health and healthy joints. The bottle recommends more, but I caution that too much may increase pitta, so I've stuck to one a day and feel it's perfect for me. Love this company and prefer to buy online than in big box stores. I've have two back surgeries and have chronic headaches. This is one turmeric that takes away my headaches. If I forget to take it, I have a severe headache. I've used multiple brands that don't work. Very effective. Great ingredients.

You can trust Organic India it is the Best. Just make sure your taking the correct dosage. It says 2 capsules TWICE daily. Makes a difference and is over looked I understand, but give the poor company a chance. They have families too, large ones. I worked with ones in India, they are the most trusted individuals around, not all countries are bad no more than labeling everyone in the US are bad. The country has nothing to do with it, it has to do with crooked people anywhere in this world that spoils it for others. This is a poor country, but they are extremely honest.

I take this every day - it helps with inflamation problems that i have. I have set it up on the Subscription so I never run out.

My dad has a lot of joint problem and this is a great alternative from some other medicines, he is taking it for a while and it really helped with his joint pain and inflammation.
