I use this Red MACA powder in my smoothies on oatmeal and other food items such as cottage cheese and it doesn't ruin the taste. I am a woman, of course, and I exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week and I am endeavoring to build and maintain muscle mass and this MACA powder is a great help. I use it at least 4 to 5 times a week

Happy return customer
Most maca powder is very fine and usually takes some effort to mix with any liquid. This is no different. The taste is vey light, and mixes well with my coffee every morning. I've purchased from this seller maybe 5 or 6 x over the last 5 years. their stuff is high quality and labeled as which type of maca you are purchasing. I've used the black and red maca only.

It is good
It is good. I've been using maca for a few years now, first raw, then gelatinized, now for the first time red gelatinized. I make a morning ginger, turmeric latte. The flavor with this maca is way smoother and creamier. It is good. Get you some!
