PERFECT GOODNESS
For me, these ARE the perfect pecans. THESE are the ones I've been searching for. Large, perfectly roasted, and the most flavorful pecans I've ever tasted. Himalayan salt is the way to go !!! Oh, and did I say fresh ?? My, oh, my, you've made an old lady very happy !!! I'm coming for more !!!

nothing's perfect
Nothing's perfect, but these are close. The only criticism I can provide is that the salting is not completely consistent. The Pecans are good sized and mostly unbroken and are roasted to an enjoyable crispiness. I have to limit myself to 1/2 cup a day or else I'd have eaten the entire 6 lbs in less than a week. :)
