Ceylon cinnamon takes very light and NOT an over powering taste Luke you get from regular table cinnamon that you use in cooking and baking. I use it by adding a quarter teaspoon with my coffee every morning. It does not affect the taste of the coffee like you think it was because this is a very mild cinnamon but it's better for you than the ones you normally buy for baking. it is not spicy.

I am consuming this product for health reasons. Seven days of daily use thus far. I do not know many items that are supposed to be good for us that actually taste great. The product doesn't dissolve well in hot coffee. I always see residue on the interior of the cup wall, no matter how I stir the contents.

has no cinnamon taste at all. I think I have been scammed, because I believe there is no cinnamon in the bag at all. There is no ingredient list anywhere on the package. Honestly, I would like a refund for this.

This product is not the same as before, its not ceylon cinnamon its Saigon cinnamon. its sweet and very strong, it burns
