Oh boy, let me tell you what I absolutely adore. When companies go the extra mile to give me a surprise gift of leaked hair conditioner! I mean, why even bother with securing the bottle with tape or bubble wrap? It's not like those bottles are fragile or anything. They can handle a little roughhousing, right? And don't even get me started on the genius idea of shipping it in a flimsy padded envelope where you can salvage the remaining slimy messy goop that's been spilled within. Plus, who needs a safety seal under the cap anyway? I trust the product even though it's not there like it normally would be. Oh wait, no, that's actually the opposite of what I want. So I guess I'll just have to request a refund and chuckle about the utter ridiculousness of it all. All in all, I can't think of a better customer experience than receiving a damaged product that you paid good money for. It's the gift that keeps on giving. So, after you decide to give them your hard-earned cash, don't forget to hold your breath and cross your fingers when you open your package. Good luck and thanks ORS!
