Decent home perm for coarse or medium type hair.
The fact that this item has claims that is not at least not as toxic as some home perms makes me feel more at ease with using it.I do like this kit at has good directions,the perm kit worked well for me,my hair is very coarse so over all I give this home perm a 9.

This was my first time to use this product. The consistency of the relaxer is very good -not thin and runny-so it was very easy to apply to my hair and rinsed out easily. The conditioner has a pleasant, citrusy scent, which was nice. My hair feels healthier and has a more beautiful, relaxed appearance than I have ever experienced with any relaxer I've ever used in many, many years of using them, including salon treatments. Note: I was very careful to follow the instructions re: mixing in the activator prior to use. I was initially hesitant to use any relaxer due to recent hair damage but this turned out really well. I'm very pleased with the product!

Great as always.
Old faithful!!! Sometimes I think this normal strength gets the hair straighter and more tame than the extra strength one does. Either way very satisfied no it didn't burn at all. I was able to work it through fast enough and only took 18 minutes from the start of the application till the time I started rinsing and preparing to shampoo. Currently molding my hair and I won't apply any heat until tomorrow. Godbless

less steps to follow, the silkiness of the Fter effect without damaging my hair. Took very little time to complete and will give manageability during the hotter weather

I am very disappointed because my hair relaxer was open and they put it in the bag and they did not see it was open??? Very disappointed about this and the agent wanted to give me a $5 dollar promo code I told her no I do not want it you can keep that
