This mopping system works great. I can tell by how dirty the water is when I empty the bucket. The mop pads soak up a surprising amount of water. It takes many passes with the drying feature to get the mop head as dry as possible, so it gives your arm a bit of a work out. However, the result is well worth it. If you're doing a large area, you should change the water periodically.

It drains quickly through the outlet at the bottom. It's easy to pick up a full bucket To fill and empty. If the water is too dirty, just change the water. The truth is that even with a dirty water rinse, the mop is still clean because you broke it. Fantastic mop. Wish I had it years ago

I have a black lab where shedding hair is completely trapped by a cord mop and you never seem to be Get the mop clean after cleaning? So what's the point if you spend as much time cleaning the mop as cleaning the floor? I'm 58 and have rheumatoid arthritis. Twisting the mop and bucket is good for me Might be a challenge

I really like this mop and the customer service is great. It's very well structured and easy to use. I've been using it, and while it's pretty sturdy, I recently broke part of the pole. After contacting customer service, Kevin had someone replaced within a few days. I was amazed at the quick response and replacement speed.

PROS - DESIGN: The bucket is very slim and fits cleanly into corner spaces. Cons The cleaning slot actually cleans only half of the mop head. To get around this, if I use the mop for a long time or do a lot of cleaning, I sometimes switch the orientation of the mop head pad.

At first I liked the mop, but then the more I used it, the more I started noticing some issues. First, old water comes in along with fresh water. No big deal, but I wish there was an old sink and a new one, they could definitely be designed that way. Second, after two washes in the washing machine, the mop pads started to tear and now I either sew the mop to the mop or buy a new one.
