Osteo Joint health is an absolutely amazing product. It has helped to improve my mobility and reduce stiffness in my joints after only a few days of using it. I used to feel pain in my knees from running over the years but after using this product my knees hurt less and the pain in my ankle is gone.

I purchased the Osteo Bi-Flex advanced omega-3 joint complex pills. I have arthritis in my knees and get steroid shots in them. This is a nice addition to have as it provides support to your joints. I like that the ingredients are plant paste so you are not putting anything harmful into your system. The product is also good for your heart and circulation, which helps improve overall health. I have not noticed a lot of relief but any type of pill it takes several weeks to be able to notice something. It is a pharmacist recommended for a joint supplement, so I have high hopes that continued use will help improve the flexibility of joints and ease some arthritic pain. The pills themselves don't smell good, but usually vitamins don't. Taking them with a big glass of water, though they are easy to swallow and have not had any occurrences of an upset stomach or feeling ill after taking them.

This is my first time trying Osteo Biflex Joint Health Advanced Omega 3 Joint Complex. I like that the pills are easily swallowable, you have to take two a day. It's plant based and helps your joint and heart health. My joints have already been feeling better.

Osteo bi flex is my go to for joint health. It's very effective at supporting joint health. It has no horrible fishy burps that you get from traditional fish oil. As long as I'm on it, my joints feel 10 years younger and for this fact, I can never go without having this in my cupboard.

I got these for pain and stiffness in my knees and I can definitely notice a difference. I don't have as much stiffness and a bit less pain than before. I've only been using them for about 3 weeks so I'm hopeful to see more improvement as I continue to take them.

I have found that only the major brand formulas like this have any effect on my aching joints One star off for the very wasteful oversized odd colored bottle which is only one quarter full. They also do not need to put this in a box, perhaps the reason is to make it harder to shoplift but it is not considerate of the land fill problem. I was already getting plenty of omega-3 so I only tried this offer because of the generous Walmart cash back.

I've been using these for the past 2 weeks and haven't really noticed a difference. It could be because I haven't been taking them long enough. It does say on the bottle that improvement is seen after extended use so I'll continue to use and hope it works for me.

This was substituted for my Move Free Ultra %26 it's a totally different product with different ingredients. So I don't want it %26 Im not going to take it. I need to return it now, which is inconvenient. Please don't substitute totally different products, instead of selected substitute. Susanne Davis
