This is a great price and including MSM and chondroitin make it even more effective. I've used glucosamine for about 40 years. I was in an auto accident and suffered a compound fracture of my ankle. Arthritis set in before the first year. The pain got so bad I had to wear a walking cast to get through my day. The only option the doctor offered was to fuse the joint. My dad read an article about glucosamine and it worked! I'm in my late 60's and I'm still using it. I'll still have some painful days, but no need for the dreaded walking cast (and I think it's helping my back now too).

I sneak one of these into a snack for my 60lb, 15.5 year old dog every day, and I have noticed a considerable difference in his back leg strength and shakiness. If I forgot to give him a pill, I can tell. He is also able to get up and down stairs better. I was pleased to purchase this because it is cheaper than the dog tablets. The tablets are large, but I tuck them into a little piece of toast and peanut butter, and he swallows them down.

My husband takes this daily. If he runs out, he can tell a difference. It keeps an aging body going and less painful.

This product seems to do what other, similar, supplements do, and I like the convenience and value!
