This was good for my stomach issues

We have been taking these for several years. They really help keep things moving on a regular basis and we feel super!!! We both highly recommend them for gut health. If you use them regularly they will help keep you regular and help with the sluggish feeling we all get sometimes.

Since my Cleanse, I started to put the good probiotics so it will be beneficial to my Gut as there must have been a problem that wa causing my inflammation although I ate well. There must have been a problem, so I enhanced the Gut so the problem will be relieved. So far I am feeling optimum with it. I am also taking other good nutrients as well to help the body.
