As with all powders, I add the scoop of powder to the bottom of a cup and then add a little water to it to make it a runny paste to stop the clumping. I add more water the more it dissolves. The unsweetened flavor tastes like watery hint of hazelnut. I drink it around lunch everyday, 8 oz. Then I drink a bottle of water extra. It works. By the second day, I was barely thinking about binge eating or snacking. By day three, I only ate between 1200 to 1500 calories, didn't crave anything else. By day four, I had a routine -- first meal at around 8-ish in the morning and last meal around 8-ish at night. Drank plenty of water. Day five, I still had no cravings for junk food or anything. Now it's like a chore to eat. But I like that. By the end of the first week I wondered why I ever craved sweets. I wasn't tempted by anything. My mind was reset, so to speak. Like comfort food didn't make sense anymore. I gave it 4 stars because it's only 20 servings. Other than that, I found what works for me
