The quantity a little low I believe for the price. But the benefits of the quality and ease it mixes as coffee creamer for me makes it worth it.
Love this product but wish you could get at least a month of the power.

This performs as advertised. It works well with my usual supplements.
As with all powders, I add the scoop of powder to the bottom of a cup and then add a little water to it to make it a runny paste to stop the clumping. I add more water the more it dissolves. The unsweetened flavor tastes like watery hint of hazelnut. I drink it around lunch everyday, 8 oz. Then I drink a bottle of water extra. It works. By the second day, I was barely thinking about binge eating or snacking. By day three, I only ate between 1200 to 1500 calories, didn't crave anything else. By day four, I had a routine -- first meal at around 8-ish in the morning and last meal around 8-ish at night. Drank plenty of water. Day five, I still had no cravings for junk food or anything. Now it's like a chore to eat. But I like that. By the end of the first week I wondered why I ever craved sweets. I wasn't tempted by anything. My mind was reset, so to speak. Like comfort food didn't make sense anymore. I gave it 4 stars because it's only 20 servings. Other than that, I found what works for me
I have been using it for a few days and can tell that I am not as hungry.
A great product,, but they have decreased the quantity and raised the price. The delivery time is also very slow, making it quite inconvenient.
I haven't tried the product yet but it's supposed to be like the new Elevate and I liked it worked. But they show a pckg of 7.35 oz in the picture and they cheat you and send 6.35 oz. not right!!! False advertisement!
Awful. Didnt do anything but bloat my belly.
So far it has not worked and my face is now oily
