I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I'd heard of Osteo Bio-Flex before and was interested in trying it. I have bad joint and was looking for relief. The bottle says you can see a difference in 7 days. I did not see a difference, however, and am disappointed. The pills themselves are normal size, but they smell and taste like medicine. Other than not seeing a difference in my joints, that's the only down-side of the pills I saw. It's possible I need to take them longer before I see an improvement, but I'm not sure.
