Osteo Bi-Flex One Per Day Joint Health Dietary Supplement with Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM, 60 Count

Supplements such as this can make a huge difference in joint health. I can attest to this from personal experience. This is a good formula and a trusted brand. Most other "triple strength" brands and formulas have recommended dosages of 2 tablets per day. This one has a recommended dosage of 1 tablet per day. The tablets are the same size as all the other competitive brands and formulas I've tried in the past.

Let me start by saying that I have the worst knee pain. I have only been taking these for a short time and I am already able to tell the difference in my knee joints. The claim that it shows improved joint comfort in 7 days is absolutely true for me. I feel less achiness and inflammation. I can only imagine the joint discomfort will only improve the longer I take this. I would say to anyone to give them a go and them might just amaze you as they did me. These are also only one a day which is just an added bonus. These are priced reasonably well for the value. The only downfall that is notable to me is that these pills are rather large, as you can see in my photo, but for me this is not a big enough deterrent to stop taking them.

I received the Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health. It has the benefit of only takin One Per Day which is different from many other brands and formulas. This bottle has 60 Coated Tablets. It provides 1,500mg of Glucosamine HCI per tablet plus Joint Shield. While it is only one pill daily, which is convenient, it is a rather large pill with a scoring if you need to break in half. I included a photo of actual pill next to a nickel. Make sure you read all ingredients ( it does include shellfish in ingredients in case your allergic ). I have been using another version of this brand for years and it does seem to help me. I didn't notice any difference with this formula, seems to work as well, plus it has Vitamin D. I trust this brand to provide a quality product I can count on. I'm a senior so any help with mobility I can get is a plus.

There are 60 coated tablets in the bottle, they are the width of a quarter, and as thick as a AAA battery, but the slick coating helps to swallow them easily. My husband has had multiple injuries, and has been having pain in his shoulders, for several years now, and his legs, and feet for the past year, Dr. says his body is full of Arthritis. His worse times is when he has been extra busy, and over exerted him self. He has been taking the Osteo Bi-Flex, once a day for approx. 15 days. He say's he noticed a difference after 3 days, the pain is still there, but it is not quite as severe as it has been, It takes the edge off, he does not take anything else for it, he has just learned to live with it over the years, because he hates taking pills. The Osteo Bi-Flex, has a high concentrate of Boswellia Serrata Glucosamine HCI & Vitamin D3, all which helps strengthen, and improve joint movement. He hasn't had any side effects while taking them.

Unfortunately, nausea is the #1 side effect of this Osteo-Biflex supplement and, unfortunately, I battle digestive issues already so it, indeed, makes me nauseous. I have some pretty severe joint issues and knew, before ordering these, that no supplement on earth will help once the cartilage is almost completely gone. I had hoped, though, that they might help some of my joints that just have mild to moderate arthritis. Unfortunately, I was only able to try these for three days because of the nausea they cause, but that doesn't mean they deserve a bad review. I hear wonderful things about Osteo-Biflex from friends in their forties & fifties who have been active their whole lives and who do not have issues as severe as mine. They have been around and have been doctor recommended for a very long time so it's obvious that they do help people. I really wish I could have tried them for more than three days. I'm only taking one point off in my review and that's for the side-effect being a common side-effect with this supplement. I cannot penalize this product because it couldn't perform a miracle on my well-worn joints. I would still recommend this product to people with stronger stomachs and mild to moderate joint issues.

I just received my Osteo Bi-Flex on December 31, today is January 4th. It seems it took a extra long time to get to my home so I have not really had enough time to make a judgment on the product. I am looking forward to trying out this product as I have heard good things about it. Being an older person that does have aches in her joints, I am eager to try this. I was taking over-the-counter supplements and have stopped taking them so to be able to give this product a true evaluation. I will be happy to review this after at least a month. UPDATE....I seem to have noticed a slight improvement. I'm an older person so the pain is in my knees my back my hips all things that happen is you get older. This does not seem to help with my shoulder very much but I would say there seems to be a slight improvement to my lower back. I've not taking them long enough to have an extreme effect on the knees, But they're also does seem to be a positive effect with my knees also. The biggest aspect that would hinder me from taking these pills on a regular basis is the size of the pill itself. I wish these were made in the gel formula - as you get older these big pills become harder and harder to swallow and when you cut them down, you have bypass the protective coating that's on the pills and they taste is terrible. I feel that by using Osteo BiFlex, most people would find some relief possibly better than many of the other over-the-counter products

First of all these pills are huge. It's like trying to swallow a Jolly Rancher candy whole. If you can't take a big pill then these might not be for you. I guess maybe they could be broken in half. I haven't tried that. The big pill doesn't really bother me. I have been taking one of these everyday for 9 days now. I think I can say that they are helping me feel a little better. I was having some pain upon first getting up from a chair and that seems to have started to subside a little bit. So I guess I would have to say that this supplement does what it says on the bottle. I will keep using them.

I've not taken a supplement of this type before, but as I'm getting older I do feel stiff joints. This was a good choice for me as you take one per day - although the pill itself is huge I didn't have trouble swallowing. Haven't taken it long enough to know if there is an improvement, but I will continue feeling positive about it.

These things are like horse pills! I have never seen such a large tablet %26 I've been taking supplements for many years. Osteo Bi-Flex would be better served with instructions to take twice a day instead of this gigantic one once a day. The second day, I broke it in half, but then I had to worry about jagged edges. So I can't recommend these, especially if you are giving them to someone who has trouble swallowing.

Me and my wife have been taking these for a little over a week but haven't noticed any positive effects. We both have bad knees and I also have a bad lower back with neck pains. I was really hoping this might help and I'll ask my doctor the next time I see him about this product as I'm wondering why he hasn't told me to take something like this either in over the counter or prescribed form. Maybe he knows I'd be wasting my money. I'll keep taking these till they run out in about two and half weeks to see if there's a difference. I take 16 pills a day and this is by far the largest one. I have to take it separate or I'll choke. Cutting it in half only makes the edges sharp and scratches my throat.
