This is a good looking blender at a good price. It works well and has lasted close to a year now for us. We use it a lot (my son makes protein drinks daily) and we've had no problems other than a torn gasket. I wouldn't have given it a 4 star for that, but others have had the same issue. Seems to be a weakness in the design. We went through three blenders in about 4 months before this one. So I am quite happy!

After buying my blender, I found the Pulse button did not work properly. I contacted the company by phone and the issue was quickly resolved: a new blender was sent to me promptly with return instructions for the defective model, prepaid shipping of course. Now I blend my frozen beverages, crushing ice without a problem.

Lets face facts, nothing is the same including quality, but being a owner of a blender as long as my trusty Osterizer ,and i broke one Glass container, and a few blades , everything available on line, i decided to try this New made in Mexico mixer. Used it once, and will not throw old one out, since the Glass container and blade are all usable for both motor assembly.

very nice blends very well I put strawberries with a little water and ice and you make some very good shakes The only problem that I did not like is that I have not been using it for even two weeks every time I use it I always put it on its base Yesterday when I brought the base to wash it, I realized that the hole in the base is already rusting, it takes a little time for that to happen

This is the second blender that doesn't last

I received the blender as a Christmas gift. One month later I finally got it out to use it. I added milk, banana, spinach and blended. It worked fine. Then I added 4 ice cubes and pressed the pulse button. It ran for about 1-2 seconds and then the blender stopped. Smells like it burnt up the motor and now it won't turn on at all. Very disappointing product. My old blender was an Oster and I had it at least 10 years. Obviously, I am now questioning the quality of ALL your products.
