The Oyster clippers are absolutely fantastic

These Oster clippers are excellent. They are exceptionally strong and well made and they come with four guards which give you all the variation you need to get a smooth, graduated look. I considered getting the cordless model, but decided on this one because I didn't want to have to worry about changing batteries. They really are easy to use and they cut evenly and with precision.

Love this trimmer. Very light but sturdy. Hardly any vibration and very quiet. Gave my husband my first ever covid 19 haircut and he was very happy with it! Would recommend these to anyone!

I now have to order a replacement because we are missing a part and Oster customer service said we need to reorder and return the other one. They did not have a replacement part to send us. What a pain!

Disappointed. For the cost, I was expecting this clipper to be much better than my (very) old WAHL clipper. Sure, the motor is quieter but cutting is about the same. The clipper also had some stains on the cutting blade guard (grooves). I wrote this off as oil residue from the manufacturing/assembling process.

The clipper is good but there's a rattling sounds due to the magnets and rotor inside hitting each other and it keeps scratching the motor inside. At first i thought it was the guide but not what i found.

OSTER IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST BUT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT. THESE CLIPPERS HAD VERY LITTE POWER AND DIDNT GIVE ME THE CLOSE SHAVE I'M LOOKIN FOR.

I have one of these from at 15 years ago it is great. I got so many people to buy one because of me telling them how much I liked this. But I bought one for my father and the quality of it now is terrible!!!! It is much louder, and it cuts terribly!! I tried cutting his hair after he complained and looked like he cut his hair with rusty old scissors. I will never tell anyone to get this again. I had to fix his head with my 15 year old clippers that have never even been resharpened. And I use it biweekly. It cuts much better than the brand new clippers. 15 years old same model same manufacturer and the quality back then night and day!!! Oster you lost many customers. You went cheap for more profit. And these are not inexpensive clippers. They are supposed to be for salons and professionals. Junk nowadays!!!

Item came, rusted as though it had been sitting in the warehouse for many years and was very loud as though it would fail soon. I returned it.

I received used product plus the hair clipper was rusty and greased all over it....never ever buy from third party seller b/c returning the product is a headche..
