Great warranty. Nice to know with such an expensive product that you can trust the company you're investing into. This tempered glass screen protector has taken the full impact of a drop to my phone more than once. It's saved my screen. Nice to have the confidence that if the screen protector cracks, it's replaced without hassle or detailed explanations. Otter box is a company that has proven to me time & time again, it cares about its customers & wants them to have a positive experience with their brand. The tempered glass doesn't feel cheap. It is both smooth & tough. To top it off, it's privacy feature is the best I've seen in the industry of screen protectors to date.

Just got my iPhone 13 Pro Max a couple of weeks ago. Got the Defender case and Alpha Glass on it asap. I actually dropped my phone on my gravel driveway the next day. It landed face down on the rocks. I just looked at it and thought, really???? Maybe I said a word or two too... picked it up, wiped off the screen and not even a scratch on the Alpha Glass!! As a recently retired police officer, I used Defender cases on all of my iPhones, dropped them multiple times during the course of my job and knew the case would always protect the phone and they did. I used cheap screen covers and that broke easily. I'll never not use Alpha Glass from this point on!

Purchased , Otter Box, cases for all my phones and most of my tablets for the past fifteen years and wouldn't use any other product. The color Scheme for my new iPhone 13 max is great, love it. Like most screen protectors this one is a bit tricky for unsteady hands so I've got some bubbles not bad though

These are great screen protectors. I gave them 2 stars because when I received the glass it already had dust between the plastic cover and glass. I started a warranty claim to replace it (which was very easy, great CS). The new screen protector also had dust trapped between the protective film and glass. This seems like a warehouse issue. I am not sure if they have been on a shelf for a long time or what it may be but this has me looking into other brands.

The screen protector cracked after falling from the faulty Defender belt clip. Contacted support and they coldly replied with a URL for a return shipping label for everything. No attempt to make things right at all.

As soon as I opened the package the screen protector had 3 dent marks on it on the top part of the screen.

I bought this with my case but te glass seemed to have a defect as part of the glass was warped and cause bubbles in my phone. Asked for a warranty replacement which they did send for a shipping fee, and the same issue happened.
