I always get an otterbox case with each new phone. They are the best and most case reviews will point this out. I like the commuter series because they are slim, not bulky, and still provide great protection

This phone case is of exceptional quality

I bought this Otterbox cover for my husband and he likes the phone better with the cover on! Also we have peace of mind if he drops his phone that it will be protected! We like the sleek design, but wish there had been other colors/design patterns to choose from.

Otterbox will certainly protect my phone but I love that this case isn't so big and clunky like my previous otterbox cases. It just slips onto the back of your phone and protects all sides. I like the classic black look. It is easy to put onto a samsung galaxy a12 phone.

I got this Otterbox Commuter lite case to replace a Raptic Sheild case that was sold to me when I bought the phone. I wanted something with more of a raised lip around the screen for improved screen protection as I'm a workshop foreman and use my phone in the shop all the time. This Commuter Lite series of cases is absolutely fantastic in terms of real world protection without turning your phone into some sort of gigantic piece of military hardware! Compared to the outgoing Raptic Sheild case that this case replaced, this one makes the phone look and feel very professional and sleek. The Raptic Sheild felt good in hand but looked cheap and nasty in my opinion. I also like that Otterbox let's their reputation stand on its own without using fake destructive testing videos on YouTube like so many other companies (I'm looking at you Raptic!). If you can't already tell, I'm more than happy with my new Otterbox Commuter Lite case. If I had to highlight a minor negative with with the case it would be the fact that under some conditions the hard plastic exterior can be a little slick. I've fumbled the phone a few times almost dropping it, bug I'm starting to get more used to handling the case and this is becoming a complete non issue as I use it more. If you want a sturdy good looking phone case for your Galaxy phone, Just say Otterbox!

This did not fit the phone of my family that I bought it for. I had my daughter take it to her work (an elderly care facility) and one of the patients had a phone that it fit perfectly. They LOVED it. They have a hard time holding onto their phone so they said it works perfectly!

seems to be good i've only had it two or three weeks would be great if you guys had a defender case for the samsung a12 instead of having to purchase additional belt clip to fit commuter series case

Hello, i ordered and received the otter box for my Samsung A12 phone, but the otterbox is not the same quality otterbox style that comes for some other phones. Mine only has back coverage and not front coverage. This is disappointing quality
