OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case for Apple iPad (10th generation) - Blue

After two purchases and two returns on iPad cases from Walmart that were cheap, and didnt fit, despite saying they would fit my model of iPad, I bit the bullet, spent more and got exactly what I paid for. This is my second Otterbox for iPad. The first one outlasted the iPad. Buy this. And save yourself the hassle.

I love that this fully covers my Ipad. have dropped it 2 times unfortunately, but no cracks or damage to my Ipad or the case. I only wish that it had the screen protector included, that had to be purchased separately since the screen protection in the description is actually a little raised area around the screen so that it buffers the screen from damage if it hits the floor.

I bought a new ipad and needed a good case for it and I came across this otterbox case. The case was worth the money. It fits great and looks nice. Protects my ipad.

Great item and much easier to use than my old old one. Got orange because my last one was black and hard to find. Surely the orange will make it easier for my eyes to see.

The only issue is that the frame doesn't snap very securely on the side with the port cover. The rest of the case feels very tight and durable. The viewing stand or touchscreen protector is a little over complicated as well. They should have just done one angle like with the phone cases. Now it just feels junky and easily broken. The stand I mean not the case.

Very sturdy but I found it too heavy and didn't like the hard stand. I often sit on the couch and either hold my iPad or prop it on my lap and the hard plastic stand was uncomfortable.

Nice looking case. Does not stand up to expectations of OtterBox. I've owned a dozen OtterBox Defender cases for different devices, this is the worst fit I've seen. The top and bottom clips do not latch at all to hold the front and back. So the rubber outer shell is all that holds them together. OtterBox return policy requires customer to pay shipping to replace a defective product and their response is "We understand your concern about paying a shipping and handling fee for a warranty replacement, especially when the product was defective. The small fee we collect helps us process and ship your replacement as quickly and hassle-free as possible." Not very hassle free when the product isn't up to basic use standard and defective. If it was a product I've used and it has broke over time, yeah I have no issue paying to ship it. This product is defective out of the box, it's not quick and hassle-free for me to pay more money to get what will likely be another defective case End of the day, it'll work but when you spend that kind of money the expectation is for the product to at least snap together around the device. Also the kick stand is over engineered and difficult to use. Likely my last OtterBox product.

Have had it 3 weeks, barely use it, the stand has already broken, and yes it was put together correctly. It is ridiculous the price we pay for things. Never again will I purchase from Otterbox.

Item I picked up at the drive through pick up area and they asked me for a name and then handed me the bag . When I got back home and I opened the bag I saw a used iPad case with the cover had marks on it and the ends of the boxed item torn. So I filed that the item was used and took pictures and sent through the Wal mart app and the money I spent was returned and I was happy with the new case I had purchased and another establishment. Wal mart stood behind my purchase and returned my money.

You're sending a survey when I haven't received the item because of ongoing delays. How can I give a fair response. Some research needs to be done to avoid premature negative surveys.
