Not happy
I have always protected my phones with Otter box defender cases because its all around protection but now with these new line of Screenless cases and still as expensive is a waste i hate putting screen protectors on they only work for a while and its just another way of getting more money out of us!!!

No screen protector!
This is the new ”screenless” version, but the description does not indicate this. The built-in screen protector was about 50% of the appeal of these cases, not having to deal with messy sticky residue on your phone. BIG mistake for Otter to take this route. Will return.

Give me my money back please around 105 dollars
Went to pick up my order carside phone case wasn't in my bag Told associate I was just here last night and looked at everything I bought online and that I knew where it was.So I went in and got it off the shelf And they still made me pay for it again and haven't give me my money back you have taken my money 2 times for same item.Then electronic man said I noticed your name your laptop came in ..just one problem it's 50 dollars more so I left it and still no refund for that either 19 $ 79$ plus tax is wat you owe me

Otter box has been selling defective cases now for at least 2 years. One I bought from Amazon the belt clip was loose and the inside indentations that clips the two pieces together break easily. The one I bought through Walmart was already damaged upon delivery. The belt clip was broken off and the packaging that this product came in looked like it was scratched by a key or similar object. Poor craftsmanship and an exuberant price.
