This is the only phone case I will buy for any cell phone! The only reason I have to buy a new one is because my husband loses his phone, but the cell phone case protects our phone on multiple drops a day. Having a hard case underneath and the soft rubber case on top really helps protect the phone
I been using Outtabox Defender cases since the iPhone 3GS they always provide maximum protection and this new case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max is no different.I love the slimmer design and the raised design at the top and bottom of the case so the screen won't touch surfaces when drop so you don't need a screen protector with this case.My only issue is the belt holster the phone doesn't seem to lock into place that good like previous holsters I had but it holds the phone into place but takes very little effort to release the phone from the holster.Outtabox needs to fix this ASAP!!!!!
It prevents the digital signal for navigation from phone to Garmin watch. I want to return, but OtterBox will not send my return request for a return label.
Purchased this for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max since I had a good experience with a Defender case on my iPhone X. I had no problem with wireless charging with my iPhone X with the case on. At the bottom of the page to buy the Defender for the iPhone 13 it says wireless charging compatible. After putting the case on the iPhone 13 I found that it would not wireless charge. I contacted Otterbox service and they said it would not wireless charge. I pointed them to the bottom of the page where it said it would wireless charge and was still told it wouldn't wireless charge. I was told I should have bought a different case. Great service!
Before purchasing my phone case I seen multiple reviews about the phone falling out of the belt clip. I took a chance and was hopeful that the problem was fixed, however upon getting my case the phone does not securely stay in the belt clip which is disappointing.
Been using otter box products to protect my electronic devices for many years with no complaints until now. This last purchase I made for my iPhone 13 pro max was a disappointment as the otterbox clip did not securely hold my phone to it. When I placed the phone to the clip, it would fall off on its own after any type of vibration hit the device. I can see that Otterbox is already aware of this defect. They should stop and recall this particular item to avoid having customers damage or lose their device because of it. Not to mention, word of mouth of dissatisfied customers could end up hurting your credibility and overall sales.
I seen other reviews stating the case didn't fit stay in the belt clip very well and I'm experiencing the same issue. I was hoping I would get one that would but the fitment is wrong and comes out of the clip easily. I've emailed otterbox about returning the product over a week ago and I haven't heard anything back. Very disappointed and I've never used any other cases until now.
I have bought defender cases in the past with no issues when using a gadget guard glass screen covering but the defender case is so tight it pushes on the glass and causes air bubbles on my gadget guard screen covering so I took it off. I would not recommend it for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Now I have 2 cases I can't use!
I have been an otter box fan for ever. I got the otter box for the i13 pro max a couple of weeks ago. The case does not stay in the holster. Every time I think it is secured, I take a few steps and it falls out. This is the first time I have had a problem with the otterbox but this is getting very maddening. I am afraid it is going to cause damage to this very expensive phone. I have started carrying it in my hand which defeats the whole purpose
This is the first otter box defender that i do not like , i cannot use it !! Had to purchase a knock off quickly but do not trust if for the drops. I work in construction and i need to have the belt clip securely hold the phone. The enclosed clip Does Not Lock The Phone in and it drops is all the time. The iPhone 13 max pro does not “click” into the clip securely at all.
