Great item to put above a utility sink. Accomplishes two things in one spot.

Perfect for my needs, and freed up more counter space as well. I have plenty, but always feel I need more. Love the look of it, very sturdy and matches my kitchen style perfectly. Easy to install as well as allowing g me a fresh space to put a candle along with something decorative.

I purchased this to put in bathroom for sanitary reasons instead of hand towel. Especially having company come. If purchased separately the pipe pieces are pricey so I believe this was a good buy.

Haven't mounted this yet however the wooden shelf is very attractive

This item was ok, but I couldn't use it after all, I do like the style though, it's really cute.

I love this item! It was about half the price of similar products elsewhere. It looks great in my kitchen, and the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because of the assembly instructions. The instructions were printed so small, it was hard for me to see what I was reading. I think it also would've been helpful if the wooden shelf piece had the markings in it, so there would've been no guesswork in trying to figure out where to screw the bracket to the shelf, so it sits flush against the wall. Other than the minor assembly issue, I am very pleased with this item. It really compliments my country kitchen decor! It could be used for paper towels (which is why I bought it), or for your kitchen hand towel as well.

Poor engineering - parts don't all line up properly when put together – screws not long enough - not enough support to put much of anything on shelf – would have returned if not for the hassle

Was delivered with pieces missing. Started a return to get my money back, selected the porch pickup for this option, no driver ever showed up (even though they said they attempted 3 times, but we were home all day each of these days). Now I can't “restart” the return, can't get my money back, and am stuck with an incomplete item that I can't even use due to the missing pieces.
