Out Advanced Pro-Bacteria Dog and Cat Stain and Odor Remover - 32oz.

My husband and I recently bought a used couch and that home was pet friendly. As you can see from the photos this spray works wonderfully on the stains. These photos are about twelve hours in between. The scent is also a very light and pleasant powdery smell that doesn't linger.

This stuff worked great cleaning my carpet where our kittens made their messes before learning where the litter box is. It deodorized the carpet too. That was an added bonus since I was just looking for a cleaner for pet messes. I thought I was going to have to buy an additional product to get rid of the smell but the one product did the job. I'd buy it again.

My parents have a male schnauzer that marks his territory when he comes over even though he's been neutered. Even after cleaning with floor cleaners I still pick up whiffs of urine and it drives me crazy. My dad first brought me this spray and I have to say it really works at get rid of those urine whiffs! I've repurchased it multiple times since then. After I clean up the mess with wipes I spray this over where I'd just cleaned and just let it air dry. It smells great, has a light scent that smells clean. The enzymes break down the urine instead of just masking it. I have LVP flooring and wood flooring and it hasn't damaged the flooring which I was worried about. It even got the odor out between the space in my wood planks that I can't easily clean. Just sprayed it and left it.

I actually returned this cleaner, I have several allergies and many are cleaning chemicals, so just to play it safe I will just use my dish soap and hope I can get the stain out with some scrubbing. Great value, on sale 50% off!

I purchased a used lounge chair off MP. Sadly, not only were the pictures deceiving, they haven't found a way for people to smell things through the internet…yet, since it took so much time %26 effort to shave all of the fuzzies off of it, nothing would work to get the smell of dog out of the fabric, until I bought this. I wish I would've tried this first. Lol

I bought this to use as a pre-treatment before using my new Bissell Green Machine. I sprayed it on the couch upholstery where my dog had urinated. First thing I noticed was the very pleasant smell of the product. I let it soak for about 10 minutes before working the stains with the Bissell Green Machine. Wonderful combo and finally eliminated a very tough urine odor from my poor dog with bladder cancer.

When dried after a few days pet re-stains the area.

this stuff works great should be 5 / 5 stars but the spray nozzle is finicky and horrible to deal with in an already inconvenient situation. this is even after changing from the original spray nozzle that had issues as well ….

This is the SECOND time their inferior junky nozzle failed. This time after 3-4 uses. What good is a product IF YOU CANNOT SPRAY IT on the surface where it is needed????!!!!!! Anyone else sick of companies selling consumers inferior products. I AM. Don't buy this... ! J
