OUT! Multi-Surface Pet Urine Carpet Stain & Odor Remover - 32oz.

I have been using this for years. Once in awhile I, my one cat has an accident and I might have to use it a few times, but over time the odor disappears. I also just spray it around the litter box. It has a pleasant smell which is important to me also.

This product has always worked very well for me. The only "trick" is to be sure to use enough of it. You have to remember it must reach whatever level the substance you are trying to treat reached. e.g.. if something went down to a carpet pad, or even subfloor, the product has to reach there too! I've poured it on in some cases. As long as you put on an adequate amount, and it is allowed to work long enough (I've even put a plastic sheet over the area if it's really bad so it doesn't dry out too quickly.) You want to give it enough time to work. Also, be aware, that often the odor will increase while it's wet, but just give it time! The worse the original situation, the more it may smell quite bad originally. But again, if you have put on enough product, and it's allowed to work long enough, I have had very good results. (One particularly bad situation took days, but it was very good in the end.) I've used this product for many years.

Tom cat rat and mouse dererant is great. The minute I opened the container I could her pitter patter of rat freet fleeing from miles away. No.. I just put the product out around the house. I 'll check the area in a couple of days. Don't forget your face mask. Better yet a a closed respirator!

Out has been in my cleaning cabinet for many years and many pets. It is economical, an efficient cleaner, deodorizer and stain remover. I give it my highest recommendation. And that means something. In a bit of a clean freak.

Our dog has this ONE spot he LOVES to pee when we go to bed... every morning we use it and it makes the house smell clean and the pee comes right up. We love love love this stuff!

This does an excellent job of neutralizing urine odor, not just covering it up with a strong scent. We used it on cat urine from our oldest cat, who had become incontinent.

Only thing I have that I have found truly eliminates urine smell! Had a cat urinated on my new couch and I put and absorbed it with a rag and it took it out! So would definitely recommend it for things that you can't obviously just throw in a washing machine. It does truly take out the smell and you don't have to throw a whole entire couch away! Will never buy anything else

This stuff exceeded my expectations.Completely removed the urine smell from puppy accidents.I like the bottle format versus a spray as you can really saturate an area and blot.It has an anise or liquorice smell which I prefer to perfumery smells.Excellent product and I wish they made a rug shampoo formulation.Great price for a 32oz bottle.

Product is great, unappreciative of container shipped that was pre broken and they tried to tape broken top on to bottle.
