I read reviews before purchasing. This doghouse was highly rated but did have a couple of negatives. Yes, it assembled easier with two people. But one can also handle it. The holes were predrilled and in the correct places. I disagree with the few comments about it being lightweight- it is heavy and I'm comfortable using it with my German Shepherds and *****.

Well built and plenty of room
Easy to assemble when you follow the instructions. The floor slopes to the door slightly and there's a groove along the edge with drain holes to keep water from standing inside. It's sturdy once assembled. I spray water inside to clean it and it dries pretty quick. Seems well insulated for winter. There's plenty of room for a large dog. The door is offset from center which allows your dog to not have to be always in the doorway.

The pet house is so durable, easy to put together and very large. I feed the outside cats and possums that roam the neighborhood, and they love it. It's super roomy and keeps them out of the weather when they come to eat and rest. I highly recommend this igloo pet house. It was a great price with free delivery the next morning. If you are looking for a home for outside animals, GET THIS!

Could've been great
Would've been great as far as size and sturdiness of the plastic but the design had a manufacturer error the nail slots didn't have holes so I had to buy screws because it comes with flat screws and buy new bigger heavy duty drill to put it together. Very upset

Hope you get everything you need with it . I contacted the company to get the screws for assembly only to be told to take pictures of what I got they have 2 different igloo houses and needed pictures to prove I had the one that used those and not snapped together. I took the pictures and emailed them in only to be told they don't carry extra hardware I would have to take back the product to the retailer and get it exchanged for a similar product or refund. This was purchased on line and the local store doesn't carry anything similar so I looked and found some screws that would work. After finding some screws assembly was easy not as sturdy plastic as I had hoped but will do for now. Next time I purchase a dog house will research if the company provides replacement parts if they are missing from packaging before I purchase.

The product didn't fit together as properly as I thought it should. The holes were there, but many had to be hollowed out because they weren't completely through the plastic. I would never recommend this product, I was in a bind, so I kept it, but I would not recommend or purchase it again

Manufacturer failed to bore holes where screws go
I run a wildlife rescue and had sudden cold rain so paid extra to have this heavy duty easy assemble rushed over-but unfortunately I'm unable to assemble it as the manufacturer failed to drill holes all the way through all the EZ align tabs. So waiting on a friend to come by with a drill to finish the job. Otherwise seems very sturdy.

Delayed twice and delivered damaged!
Scheduled to arrive on Saturday the 15th then delayed to Thursday the 20th, then delayed again and got here the 22nd. Finally came and the house was damaged!!! The top %26 middle parts aren't able to be screwed together because the parts where the screws go, was broken off!!

Missing and broken parts
I ordered two of those igloo dog houses. Having been under my carport for a month in the boxes. Today I finally had the time to put together. The first one had to broken connectors off the middle piece. That the screw was supposed to go through to hold the top piece together. Then I opened the next box. One of the connector components was broken off. And there were no screws at all. And their vent was missing. Seriously disappointing , would not recommend

Not Insulated and cheesy parts.
Beyond upset, this is a cheesy dog house. The reviews must be paid for because this thing is not insulated, the parts don't line up so there's light showing through the seams. Cheap thin recycled plastic, if it was priced at $50 I would understand but this is crazy what they priced this as and scamming people with reviews. Never trusting Walmart or Outback reviews again.
