When I first received it, I did not realize I needed to first pull up on all the pins before setting the time on pins by pushing them down. Once I realized that, everything worked fine and was easy. I like the clear cover over the dial. I use this to turn on a plant warmer at night for my outdoor tropical hibiscus during the winter, and it works great.

I ordered this to replace our old one that quit working and was so happy to find out that you plug into the bottom which is way better with rainy ,snowy weather.

Nice little timer that works well with grounded plugs suitable for outside use. The cord to power the timer is a little short and too hard to loop to mount on a typical exterior gray plastic electrical box.

A bit tricky to set which times you want your lights or whatever electronic to be on/off. The pegs stick. It would be nice if the clear cover stayed up when you lift it, instead you need to hold it up while maneuvering the time and adjusting the pegs. The price is decent but I think there are better options out there.

The numbers on the dial are microscopic in size making it difficult to set the time desired.. The instruction manual had the same font and size and also very difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Other than that it was fine.

The timer did not work. The power ran through the device when switched on, but the timer never advanced.
