Outset Extra Large Wooden Pizza Peel, Bamboo, 18" x 14" Pizza Paddle

Our family loves home made pizza. The issue was safely removing the (pizza) pie from the grill and/or oven from the pizza stone without it falling apart and/or to the ground. With this peel, we've not had those concerns. Don't let the size scare you. It handles the traditional round pies and deep/thick pies equally with ease. It's light weighted enough that the elderly can handle it without worry. It travels well, making that backyard meal at the beach and park just seem like you're still at home enjoying your pizza. Easy to clean, even the next day, adding to its value. If you're wanting this for a commercial type fire bake, this peel is not for you only because the handle is much to short. For non-commercial and/or personal usage, you've got a winner. In the short time we've had this and numerous times used, for our needs, we have no/zero complaints.

This is a great item. It's solid wood so it not only makes a wonderful pizza spatula, ample size for an extra large size pizza, but I can also flip it over to become a fantastic cutting board. I really like that it's light weight and easy to handle too. I am going to be buying another one for my friend who makes her own homemade pizza. She also bakes breads on her pizza stone, so she can use this to retrieve the round loaf of bread out as well.

I like the product! I wish the handle were longer, but that's on me, not them! The quality is good, and I expect many years of use. If looks are your thing it is very nice looking, with beautiful wood grain.

It's very smooth and seems like good quality! I haven't had the chance to use it for homemade pizza yet, but I can't wait! Seems like it will work perfectly.

i love how big it is. you can handle a large pizza easily. clean up is a breeze.

This great for the price I kind of like mine a little bigger and a little longer handle but it does the job just fine . And for the price you can't beat it !

I haven't used it yet. disappointed that the measurement of 18" included the handle part so you only get almost 14 " by 12 " working area.

A little small than expected. It is 14 inch horizontally and less vertically. It isn18 inch when you go from top to end of handle

Total false advertising. This is advertised as “XL” 18x14. What they don't tell you is they're including the handle. Scam tactics! Buyer beware. My pizza steel in the photo is 14x16. As you can see this product is SMALLER! Now to deal with the aggravation of returning it. Don't waste your money or time like I did.
