I purchased two of these and I love them. I use them on my countertops. One is for cooking and the other for baking. They hold my most used ingredients, utensils and cookware while leaving the countertop in front clear. My bread machine and stand mixer fit neatly under one and my crockpot, and food processor and steamer fit under the other along with my large ingredient containers. I want one more for a coffee/tea and breakfast area. I added extra "s" hooks to hang more utensils. The width is easily adjustable and they are sturdy.

Easier to clean countertop than previous models, the ustensiles (knives, spoons and forks) basket is made of plastic and that is another improvement the metals ones were rustings. It is easy to assemble, well built, fits large sinks and tall faucets.

The instructions are a bit vague, I mainly went by the picture to assemble it. Went together quickly, will need to adjust it a bit as again the instructions were not too clear. But so far it's helped declutter my small kitchen sink area, which was the point.

Instructions make IKEA look like Fisher Price. No written materials, only print illustrations. Lighter metal than previously thought. Completed item looks like what we bought. Only hope nothing falls down.

I like how this dish rack looks, and I really like the cutting board holder. It gave me back a lot of space compared to my old dish rack, which was a big plus for me. That said, the baskets are not very sturdy. The basket on the right droops when I have dishes on the left side, and it almost tipped over when I put too much silverware in that section. I’m also still getting used to pulling the sprayer out of its holder without bumping the rack. I’m 5'2", and the shorter height setting works okay, but I still have to reach up and water tends to run down my arm. I’m not sure I would find one that works much better for someone shorter, but it is something to keep in mind. Assembly was a little frustrating. I had to redo some screws and turn one of the poles around. That may have been partly my fault, but the instructions are only one page of pictures, so they could definitely be clearer. Overall, I like the extra space it gives me and the way it looks, but I do wish the baskets were more stable.

I thought being made of stainless steel, it would be more sturdy for the dishes it was to hold. It does not bend when dishes are placed closer to the bar it is attached to, but does not seem stable when filling the dish drain baskets. It looks nice, but the design was not what I expected. It would be perfect if there was a bar attached to the other basket/drain to the structure itself.

The only thing I don't like is the hooks to hold cups are flimsy plastic. I wish they were sturdier.is assembly.

Missing one of the baskets. Easy enough to assemble. Some of the pieces feel a bit flimsy but has held up so far. Would be better if it came with all the parts. Good for small kitchens

There was just the directions as to how to put it together,no picture of the finished product anywhere there was one of the baskets missing ,When ordering a product on line and seeing how it looks in you do the figuring out where your items are going to go and when a major part is missing it throws you off. I didn't realize the part was missing till I went to put the basket where it should go and it was missing
