I like to use these on my calendar. If I have to switch dates for appointments I don't have to scratch out things on my calendar. It keeps it looking nice. I can also color coordinate doc appointment, bills, etc by color. I might be a little OCD, lol.

I use these to help my nephew with his chores checklists. As he finishes each tasks he moves it down to the next task. The brightness of the colors help him highlighting the tasks.

I have a ton of order forms to go through and of course some require additional attention. So depending on the required attention it will get a certain color. When finished i take it off and usually I can reuse it again and again.

I needed post-it notes that were transparent to use on my monthly calendar to indicate the schedule of my daughter, who is a nurse and works 12 hour night shifts. They made it easy for me to see which nights she was working. I used one color for work and a different color for when the grandkids were with their dad. So I always knew when I would be watching them. If she added or cancelled a shift, I used a different color. Because the post-its were see through, I could still see what was under the tab.
