Reliable; shorter battery life than advertised
This is a great Smart Watch. It is reliable, comfortable to wear. It says the charge lasts for one week. I think that may be the case if you want to push the button every time you want to use it. However, mine lasted only 5 days because I don't use the battery saver. I want to be able to lift my wrist and see the time.

Outlasted my watch
It was easy to pair to my watch, tracked my readings well, and outlasted the phone it was paired to. Unfortunately my last phone died and for some reason I wasn't able to transfer the software, so the watch didn't work withmy newphone, and had to get a new watch, that isn't as good.

The watch works really well!! I bought two, but the problem is the pink one was sent with the wrong size charger. I kept it because I like the watch and didn't want to go through the return process, but it takes a lot of extra effort to actually charge it but it eventually does charge.

Won't stay connected
This watch has a lot of great features that work well. However, it doesn't stay connected to my phone. lately I've had trouble connecting it to my phone.

doesn't always stay connected to the App, has you actively sleeping if scrolling the internet. doesn't count steps if it inadvertantly thinks you sre sleeping. plus I keep breaking out under the band.

The watch is cute, but it barely works. It doesn't hold the correct time %26 doesn't count my work out steps accurately. I wouldn't recommend this watch.

I should have bought an Apple Watch . I say that because everything else I have is Apple and I'd get more out it .

Refund for Missing Smart Watch
Good morning. I need an update on my refund for the missing smart watch. I ordered two smart watches with the iPad order. I only received one. I was advised that I would receive a refund for the missing watch and never received it.

Not good for workouts
If you looking to use this watch for working out don't get it heart rate and total calories is inaccurate!!! The only thing that is somewhat correct is steps
