I found the taste %26 smooth texture surprisingly apppealing. Besides the vanilla I have tried other flavors and the smooth texture stands out. Not too thick and not grainy. They have good flavors as well. I use them to increase my protein intake and look forward to drinking them.

I've tried so many protein shakes, meal replacement or, diabetic drinks like Glucerna, and only a few are tolerable. I drink them because I need the extra protein or a quick meal replacement drink. But, Owyn 's are absolutely delicious! It's a pleasure to drink these when all the many, many other brands I've tried are no joy to drink They've been a 'had to drink it' situation and certainly not a 'look forward to drinking it protein supplement drink. These I look forward to drinking. The vanilla is the best but I'll drink the chocolate if there's no vanilla around. Chocolate flavor isn't bad, it's just not nearly as good as the vanilla to me. Owyn is now my go to brand and all the many other's are gladly forgotten. So glad I found them and what took me so long?

I have PCOS and protein is non-negotiable. These are tasty protein shakes that I can easily drink before my morning workout and coffee. Recommend for anyone trying to maintain their PCOS! I really like the chocolate flavor out of all the OWYN shakes.

Unfortunately due to a medical condition I'm in a mostly liquid diet so I have to drink meal replacement shakes. I'm also dairy and gluten free- so sticking on these was a great find. The flavor is great, not chalky and it has a good amount of protein.

I love this specific "Nutrition Shake" as an easy way to get calories, protein %26 vitamins/minerals. And I love the taste. For me it doesn't have that unpleasant aftertaste from sweeteners like some of the other shakes in the Owyn line (or so many other products) do.

My doctor recommended your product. I have GI problems and trouble holding anything down. We have bought this from the Walmart and now we use the delivery.

Vanilla. chocolate and creamy dark chocolate are all good cold or over ice. The bottom of vanilla has some small chunks of shake mix if you dont shake it hard enough. it will not hurt you..just not a good feeling. I also like that you done have to drink the whole bolltle at once.

I purchased this because it ticked a few boxes for me. No sucralose or stevia, lactose free, and no broccoli (because yes, other formulations from this brand have broccoli in them, which I can't tolerate). Unfortunately, this stuff leaves a really bad taste in my mouth, as well as a chalky texture. The one thing I will say is that it is not sickly sweet and is better than starving or having digestive pain and gas when I'm on a liquid diet. I guess the search for a product that both tastes good and doesn't cause other problems for me will continue.

I really thought I would like this protein shake, but the taste was awful. It had a weird artificial flavored aftertaste that made it hard to finish. It didn't taste rich it tasted watery. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with this product and do not think it is a good value for the money
