Love this brand. It's pretty much what I grew up with along with the Libby brand. This corned beef is real chunks for beef and it's very flavorful and juicy. Sauté garlic and onions , brown some diced potatoes and add the corned beef and a little water . Simmer and add black pepper no salt needed unless you like things super salty . It's so good. I eat it with rice and a side of over easy eggs. Try it !

My family didn't like this brand. It's very hard to find Hormel or Libby's brand in Corn Beef. I don't know why?

smells good, good flavor but very high fat content. I tasted more fat than meat. fat mixed with meat so could not remove it.
