[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A picky rabbit she is, but the small pellets make fire a wonderful treat for dinner. The small but durable bag makes for great packaging. I actually wasn't turned off by the smell, in fact my baby wanted a taste herself. I can't speak to shelf life because this was eaten so quickly. I would say it doesn't go stale quick.

This is very good feed, as shown in the picture my rabbits could smell it through the bag! I love that the packaging could be sealed after opening.

These have the typical pellet smell which I don't mind at all. They are also pretty small so they are perfect for a rabbit but smaller animals as well. I would recommend these to others.

I've been feeding her the Oxbow essentials for several years. I can't tell the difference between the simple harvest formula and those. It both looks and smells the same and my rabbit seems to enjoy them equally. If you're looking for quality rabbit food I highly recommend Oxbow.

Every time they hear the bag open, they're flying to me as if it'll disappear in the next second if they don't arrive on time. The pellets are small, but crunchy, and the ingredients aren't bad themselves. The packaging makes it easy to gain access to, but beware - bunnies will absolutely chew through the plastic to get to the food. Doesn't smell “bad” or “good” - just smells like typical bunny food.

Its ingredients are spot on for what adult rabbits need who aren't pregnant, nursing, or breeding. The packaging is easy to open and store. I would personally store in another sealable container, but overall my rabbits love and go crazy for this food!
