Does what you need a spatula to do. Nylon material doesn't marr non-stick cookware, and the grip is pretty comfortable.

450° heat tolerance. Far more durable than the other 400° turners. If you're tired of a melted front edge on your spatula... get a couple.

PERFECT for grilled cheese!
I bought this to flip 2 grilled cheese sandwiches as well as small pancakes. Perfect size for flipping half of whatever is in your skillet. Sturdy enough to pick up heavier items.
