OXO Softworks 13" Nylon Slotted Cooking Spoon, Black

My experience with OXO products has been nothing short of fantastic, this slotted spoon included. It's stiff, sturdy, and it's dishwasher safe. I highly recommend it.

I finally had to replace my old silicone slotted spoon which was starting to fall apart. I like that this one is nylon as it is much sturdier. The spoon size is also larger which I like better. You can't go wrong with Oxo, I own several items from them and all are holding up to everyday use.

These OXO utensils are great. They're made with silicone and safe for heat, cooking, food, etc. I replaced all of my older black utensils (about 20 years old) after I read an article from the FDA that said that older black utensils contained contaminates that were not safe for use with food. Why did it take the FDA 20 years to make that determiation? My only complaint is that now I'll need to purchase a new utensil holder as my old one doesn't fit all of my new OXO utensils as they're a little thicker than my old black utensils.

The slots are evenly spaced the spoon is cupped just right. The could a touch longer

Oxo is great product

Oxo never fails to be a reliable kitchen brand. This spoon is no exception, with outstanding durability, can be thrown in the dishwasher, and looks the part. A slotted spoon is such an under rated utensil! I use mine for fishing boiled potatoes out of a pot of water or serving pasta for dinner. The best part is I can just though it back into my utensil drawer without worrying about anything getting broken or scuffed! Would highly recommend this spoon.

I love this spoon, and it literally disappears every time it comes out at social gatherings. Everyone loves this spoon!!
