OXO Stainless Steel Soap Dispensing Sponge Holder

This is my second purchase of this exact OXO soap dispensing sponge holder. My spouse loves to use Dobie pads for dishes, so this soap dispenser holds the sponge AND eliminates the need to have our dish soap bottle on the counter as well! We have an island open to the living room so I hate to have much clutter on it. It is very durable, and lasted for years until I dropped it and cracked it (my fault!). I purchased a cheaper “dupe” at another home store and ended up throwing it out after a few months and re-purchasing the OXO. It works flawlessly! You do have to remember to occasionally take the top section off to drain gross water that wasn't extracted from your sponge, but it's not a big deal at all.

I have had an Oxo soap dispensing holder for years now and it has stood up to all of the use (and abuse) over time. I needed to get a second one for the laundry sink and had no hesitation in choosing the Oxo again. This soap/sponge holder is large enough to hold almost any size sponge with ease - the container holds a lot of liquid detergent, so you only have to refill it once every few months. It is easy to clean as all of the parts come apart for a quick rinse under the tap - I do that each time I need to refill the container as it keeps any gunk from building up under the sponge. The only thing you need to check periodically is if any of the detergent or soap has spilled though the holes and is collecting in the collection tray - just remove the top sponge dispenser and rinse the collection tray and you're back in business. This unit is very sturdy and works well - no hesitation in recommending it.

This little tray is great. Perfect way to have your dish soap and scrub daddy sponge organized. Keeps the sink area visually appealing. A for the tidiness factor! Easy to wipe down without streaks to the tray itself. I would like to take off one star because of the price but I'll stick with five stars because I haven't seen anything like this on the market especially this quality.

Love this. Great to have easy assess to a sponge with soap. I use washable sponges and this is great for those.

I rhought i was getting stainless steel but a plastic with stainless look came. Otherwise works well. looks ok.

It's nice looking and works well. But it is a bit expensive. I gave it 4 stars because you are not able to completely take it apart to clean. I had bought another brand that was lower in price and held a lot more soap, and was able to completely take it apart to clean. But in the end, it works it was delivered on time with no damage.
