Awesome
I loved this movie. I saw this movie in theaters and knew I had to buy it as soon as it came out. In the beginning of theovie it is black and white and the screen I smaller than it should be and that confused me but it did get bigger and I really liked that feature. I do think that this movie would be better in 3D but the regular I also great.

Pleasantly Surprised
I grouped this film together in my mind with all of the junk CGI world fairytailish movie that were coming out at the time such as Alice in Wonderland. This made me go in with low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was an excellently planned and executed story with great acting and great characters worthy of it's association with the original 1939 movie. I bought 2 copies of this to give to friends' daughters (4 and 6) and both loved it and fell in love with the character of China Girl.
