This boat cleat system works great on my small plastic Jon boat. I wish it had hardware included but I eventually sourced proper screws. I'm sure it would work well if you need to tie up a canoe or kayak also.

I ordered two was supposed to come in a multi-pack only received one in a single pack.

These are supposed to be boat cleats for Way runners. I don't think they will even hold. The wave runner kite string is what works best and fits well around these cleats.
