Good rod
Really good rod for the price point. No issues with it. For clarity, I paid $80 and they are giving me a $5 promo to review this but I do believe that it is still competitive at any price under $100.

Economical if you are wanting to try fly fishing.
Good starting point for fly fishing, if you don't know you're going to like it or be dedicated to fly fishing, you can't go wrong with this combo. Although no flies come with the kit it's economical and first impressions seem to be very good.

Worth it, buy better line
Great for the money. Only really bad part is the line, replace that and it works smooth. Perfect beginner or truck outfit

I found this Ozark trail fly fishing combo to be of good quality. However, the fishing line, on the fly fishing reel, was not applied properly at the factory and entangled inside and outside the reel making impossible to unwind the line. I will be returning this item at my local Walmart at the Gordonsville VA location for a refund and perhaps a replacement.

the first cast it snapped I half just above the first connecting section. their had to be a crack or deformed tube.
