Ozark Trail Grit Stick Spinning Fishing Rod, Heavy Action, 7ft

I'm actually surprised at the performance of the rods. The only thing I dislike is the lure weight 3/8 to 1 ounce max. The line rating is 10 - 50 lbs which makes it good for a multitude of fishing techniques. I'd recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very impressed with the rod for the money. For reference, it's the 7'0" 2 piece Heavy power rod. For those wondering, the recommended line weight is 12-50 lb and its recommended lure weight is 3/8-1oz.

Fair price, well built. Bought casting rod earlier was pleased, this spinning rod is a liitle stiff for my liking ,my fault for not reading all spec. Still a great rod sets the hook fine.

excellent heavy rod, especially for the money. the orange tip makes it great for fishing at night. not much you can't haul in with this.

This a lot of pole. Quality and finish is excellent. Will drag in anything that I will run into. Should get my lures and bait out further. Great buy.

this is a solid rod,have a kastking Megatron 4000 on it, use it for catfish and carp. it's a heavy power rod, with fast to very fast action.

Amazing quality for the price. This is a heavy duty rod comparable to the ugly sticks I own. I have caught catfish, northern pike and muskie with this rod.

sturdy rod havent put on the reel yet but feels really good when holding it and honestly it just feels amazing in general!!

The rod seems very good but when it was packaged the top half of the rod was rammed through the bottom half and one of the eyes was unseated and lose. They should be packaged with a tie of some type holding them together to keep the rod from being damaged.

i hook a fish went to set hook and it snapped in to right where it would have broke down if it was a 2 piece rod..very disapointed broke 2 rods that day
