Ozark Trail Large Marine Storage Box, 9" x 13", Orange

The Ozark Trail orange marine storage box arrived in perfect condition. it is large and roomy, the absolute perfect size. for all the complaints about it not closing, the metal pieces are just a tad off/to low, bend them up a hair and it opens and closes perfect every time. a great buy!

I was using an old cookie tin as a sewing kit when I happened to see this. The tin was rusting, didn't hold much and wasn't deep enough. This box does the trick. It's sturdy, easy to find because of the orange color, and holds a bunch of things. It's not the intended purpose, but I should have gotten something like this a long time ago. Oh I still have cookie tin but this just keeps everything organized. The latching lid means the contents will be secured inside. I'm sure as a tackle box it's great but for a sewing box, it's fantastic!

My son's love fishing so I bought two of these and they definitely fit the bill! Big enough for all their fishing gear and bright enough so they aren't replaced. Perfect buy.

This box is really cool. It's a good size. Blaze orange hi-viz safety color. It's big enough to hold a decent supply of whatever gear you may need but not so large that upon filling becomes awkward and heavy. There's a rubber gasket to keep the moisture out and an inner tray that again, is large enough to be useful. I bought mine for fishing gear but it would be equally at home on any vessel from a canoe up to a small schooner or yacht, an RV, the trunk of your car or even in your closet at home. Fill with whatever emergency supplies your geographic region and your lifestyle requires and keep it where you can grab it in times of duress. The price is low enough you can afford to buy several.

Perfect size for my needs. The quality and design are exceptional. Watertight and rustproof with all the metal components made of stainless steel. And a blaze orange color to make it easier to find. What more can one ask for?

These are excellent boxes for the price. Well made, and a decent size. Made in the USA.

The latches on these boxes have virtually no clasping strength, so they pop open with the slightest pressure. They require something to be placed through the padlock holes just to keep them latched. Otherwise these boxes are quite nice, but I definitely would not purchase again.

Good size and decent price, but the 2 latches are hard to close. Small holes in the plastic latches need to line up with the 2 metal "plates" that stick out, and they just don't want to do that. I keep having to force the plastic latches down over the metal, scraping my hand on the metal every time. I haven't even used it yet because I keep having trouble closing it. So, will return.
