Ozark Trail Universal Rod Holder Black Molded Plastic Boat Accessory

This is perfect for attaching to a mount point I added to my mobility scooter. I love how easy it is to remove the holder while I leave the base in place and out of the way. It also is very adjustable in regards to angle of the rod to the water and can be turned to point the rod in multiple directions.

We bought these to add to our new kayaks and they work great.

Good quality build if you're mounting it to your transom or your kayak. However, as this product is described as also being able to rail mount, it is misleading. The product does NOT include rail mounting hardware.

Plastic of rod holder not as sturdy as some others, but nice having the mounting options

I like it all except for the fitting for a flat surface, the one on the lower left of the picture. it doesn't have the little slots that will allow you to lock it into a position or angle. These seems to be a bit unsafe, if you are trolling in your kayak with it mounted between your legs and fish gets on it and swims from the side to behind the kayak, it could whip the pole around into your face since it can't be locked in position.

Looks like they will work fine BUT THEY CAME WITH SCREWS BUT NOT NUTS AND BOLTS FOR MOUNTING ON A RAIL I HAVE TO BUY NUTS AND BOLTS SEPARATE

Not sturdy at all. if a fish hits the rod in the holder the vertical cogs do not mesh well enough to hold the rod horizontal, the more expensive rod holders do a much better job,

DOD NOT COME WITH BOLTS. JUST SCREWS!! Seemed cheap. I chose to return and buy expensive Scotty Brand ones.
