Bought four for replacing one I lost and extras for other camp chairs. These are newer models than my original. I love the inserts to adapt to different size chair arms.

love these holders , I passed them out as Father's day gifts in the past.

Planning on putting these to use in a few weeks. They should be more convenient than the rod holders i currently have.

It worked out perfectly when using and setting the rod holder.

This was exactly what I needed for our summer outings and camping trips

Good idea but one spacer was to then and one was to thick for his wheelchair. I'm going to have to make another spacer to fit his chair. But good idea.

There are decent rod holders. I bought them to attach them to my chair. Let's see how they are in the spring season.

Works great! Did not fit the arms of our chair as the tube is oval shaped. We were able to attach the cross bars by the legs with no issue. Works as expected

First, the installation. It does come with an additional insert to use for thicker bars but my lawnchair was in the middle. To thick to use with the already installed insert and too thin for the extra one that came with it. Since I was already at the campsite, I had to improvise. I cut a thin edge off a rag and rolled it up. It created just enough of a spacer so I could get it to tighten enough to stay in place. 2nd thing about installation. There is only one direction it will go on. Meaning, the arm attached to the tightening fixture....the mechaism used to attach this to something will always be to the right. The pole holder then attaches into this "arm'. If you need it to be to the left of where you attached it, the pole holder will be upside down. Third, adjustment capabilities are limited. Instead of having a rotating ball that allows you to adjust and tighten into place, adjustments are made with a part that has "teeth" so you have to click it into position. Can't always get the angle you want based on the pole you are using or what angle you are wanting it to set. If this will strictly be a pole holder that will need very limited asjustments, it will probably work. If you want a pole holder that adjusts around you and the area you are fishing, wouldn't recommend.
