I prepared my planters in five gallon containers. It took three blocks to fill them up and used them for seedlings and seeds. Very good quality and user friendly.
The brick expanded quickly, and I was able to do five medium plants with one brick. We'll see in time how the plants and the root system moves through this coconut medium. By the looks of its texture, all in all, the plants should flourish!

I like using coir to make both my seed starting mix and as a soil amendment. The expanded product had more large chunks than I expected.
I bought this product two packets of 10 each, but received two bricks instead of 20 bricks the third-party "Desk Direct" Sent only two bricks for the cost of $ 62: 98. Thanks to Walmart that was able to refund me the entire amount. Don't trust this third-party.
Soaking forever and it's barely taking in water or coming apart. So frustrating
received flannel shirt but the package is missing 4 of the 5 coconut coir peat brick. 😡
